We had a fantastic stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort during our Universal Orlando trip. The hotel has a great relaxed tropical feel, the location is excellent, and being able to get to the parks and CityWalk so easily by boat or walkway is a massive bonus. The biggest benefit for us was the included Universal Express Pass, which made a huge difference to our park days. The room was comfortable, the resort was clean, and the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We also found Tuk Tuk Market really handy for quick food, drinks and snacks when we didn’t want a full sit-down meal. Overall, a great Universal hotel and a brilliant option if you want convenience, atmosphere and the Express Pass benefit. We’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful resort, plenty of room to walk around, grab a cocktail and relax. Great location as well. Quick and easy walk to Citywalk and universal but also provides water taxi and bus options right at the hotel as well. Pool was never crowded and loved that it stayed open until 11 so you could come back from park and continue the fun! Rooms were nice and spacious and plenty of food and snack options. They have a great gym to work out and little souvenir shops on sight too!

We had a wonderful stay!!!! We are big foodies so the food was great, the service was excellent Franz and Kanitta at Islands restaurant breakfast and dinner were awesome, and we loved the pool, pool food was just ok. Jakes American bar had great food as well the ribs were delicious. We also hopped over to Sapphire Falls, where the food was just as good. We stopped into Strong Water Tavern, and the service was outstanding. Sattina couldn’t have been more attentive and was absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to come back!
